QA HuntDraft. QA Hunt Unlimited is not on sale yet. This policy will apply from the day it goes on sale and may still change before then; the version shown here on that day is the one that applies to your purchase.
1. What you buy
QA Hunt Unlimited is a one-time purchase of ₹499 that removes the free plan's daily limit on job applications for 30 days. It is not a subscription: nothing is charged again automatically. See Pricing.
2. Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel - the pass simply ends after 30 days. Your account and applications stay as they are, and you go back to the free plan's daily limit when the pass ends.
3. Refunds
- Paid but Unlimited did not switch on within 24 hours: we switch it on or refund you in full.
- Charged twice for the same purchase: the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Changed your mind: if you ask within 7 days of paying and have not sent any application above the free daily limit with the pass, we refund you in full.
- Otherwise a pass that has been used is not refundable.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5-7 working days (your bank may take longer). When a pass is refunded, its remaining days end.
4. How to ask
E-mail info@grafo.in from the e-mail address on your QA Hunt account, with the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt (it starts with pay_). We reply within 2 working days.
